Do you have an order minimum?

The minimum amount charged is $25 per order.

What is your drop-off and pick-up schedule?

We currently offer drop-off and pick-up at our facility Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Get started here.

What is the turnaround time?

Your washed and folded clothes will be ready for pick-up within 24 hours after drop-off (currently closed Saturday and Sunday).

Do wash and fold services include ironing?

Ironing can be requested for an additional fee at the time of your order.

Do you treat stains?

Yes, we do. Place all stained clothing in the “Special Attention” bag and let us know by including a note in the bag. While we’re usually successful at removing stains, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to get them out.

How does the Refer a Friend discount work?

It’s simple! Just ask for Refer a Friend cards when you pick up your order.

There is no limit to how many friends you can refer. Your discount will be applied to your next order following your referred friend’s initial order.

Existing and/or past Clean Hamper customers are not qualifying referrals.

Special offers and referral discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or special promotional offer.
